I remember the day I held my newborn baby in my arms – oh! I can’t express to your the feelings I had at that moment in time. This was my baby – created by his dad and me – OURS! No other baby on earth was as perfect or as beautiful Sure, we had seen beautiful babies. Our friends and family members had beautiful babies.

But our was the most beautiful baby ever born. It was a moment frozen in time.

I remember gazing lovingly at the little wrinkled bundle of love and thinking, what will you be when you grow up? Will you be happy? Will you be healthy? Will you be loving and kind?

I vowed in my heart that day to help my baby be all of those things.

I don’t know where life will take him – but I know that if I give him the right foundation he will be prepared for whatever life brings his way.

So I went out and purchased all of the baby Einstein videos! I’m not kidding – I purchased everything I could get my hands on to help my baby become the smartest, most brilliant child in the world. He was already the most beautiful – so this would give him a jump start on being the smartest – lol!

They have TONS of videos and Games from newborns and upwards and children are fascinated with them – especially mine. Anytime I was feeling at a loss for knowing what to do next I would pop a Baby Einstein DVD in the player and within an instant my worries were over. My baby Einstein in the making was totally captivated.

There are other great toys and videos that also help the child’s development so you’re not limited to the Baby Einstein brand. A few that come to mind are Brainy Babies, Your Baby can Read and Leap Frog. I confess – I have purchased all of them but Baby Einstein is my personal favorite.
